DESIGN PROCESS
We customize all our design packages to meet the needs and business goals of our clients. With that in mind, all our branding and website projects follow this general process.
01 / CLIENT QUESTIONNAIRE
​Our Discovery Questionnaire gives you the chance to dive deep, reflect, and dream big about your business!
02 / CREATIVE DIRECTION
​We synthesize your questionnaire responses with our own research and strategies to curate a comprehensive Creative Direction Guide. This will serve as our roadmap to your branding and/or web project.
03 / STRATEGY CALL
​Because creative direction is essential to this process, we will spend an hour on a strategy call to discuss all the work we have completed before heading into the design phase!
04 / DESIGN PRESENTATION
​We design your dream brand and website rooted in our strategic and creative direction work. For branding projects, we typically present one fully designed concept with at least one alternate option.
05 / REVISIONS
​After we present designs, you will offer feedback through surveys, email, and/or calls during the revision phase.
06 / LAUNCH (!!)
​After we have perfected your beautiful new brand or website, we will send you the files and a custom Style Guide. After we have delivered the final files, you will be ready to launch and showcase your new brand and site!
